VELVET REVOLVER spokesperson Arlett Vereecke has confirmed to BLABBERMOUTH.NET that the group's one-song collaboration with producer Josh Abraham (STAIND, ORGY, POWERMAN 5000) is going by the title "Loving The Aliens (Sometimes)". The group had previously recorded the tracks "Slither" and "Set Me Free" with producers Bob Ezrin (KISS, JANE'S ADDICTION, PINK FLOYD) and Nick Raskulinecsz, respectively. All three cuts are expected to surface on VELVET REVOLVER's forthcoming debut album, tentatively due in February 2004 through RCA Records. VELVET REVOLVER, who feature in their ranks GUNS N' ROSES alumni Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum, David Kushner of SUICIDAL TENDENCIES and former STONE TEMPLE PILOTS frontman Scott Weiland, are currently trying out producers before commencing the recording process for their full-length CD. |
