Evita Perón makes for a good stage show; so does Anne Frank. But Axl Rose?
Apparently, fans will get to make their own decisions on this one.According to Spin, Andy Prieboy, onetime Wall of Voodoo member, is writing a musical with the working title of White Trash Wins Lotto, based upon the life of none other than Axl Rose. The show will supposedly trace Rose's
life from the moment he stepped off the bus in Los Angeles through his opening gig for the Rolling Stones in 1989. Don't expect a head-banging show, however. Prieboy says that White Trash is closer to Gilbert and
Sullivan than Axl and Slash. |
