Guns N' Roses Reschedule European Tour Convalescing guitarist Buckethead expected to take part in new dates.
A canceled Guns N' Roses tour has been rescheduled for the end of the year, according to the band's overseas agent.
According to the rockers' London-based booking office, Helter Skelter, the group will perform roughly the same number of shows in the same venues as on the original itinerary (except for festival dates that cannot be made up).
While Helter Skelter could not confirm specific dates, the office of Swedish-based promoter EMI Telstar confirmed that new shows for Oslo, Norway, and Stockholm, Sweden, have been set for December 5 and 7, respectively, with tickets on sale. Guns N' Roses had been scheduled to start a 14-city tour June 1 in Germany
but postponed the trip when guitarist Buckethead came down with a serious stomach ailment.
Although a Helter Skelter spokesperson had no specific word on the guitarist's condition, she said he is expected to take part in the tour.
