(1/10/01, 9 p.m. ET) - A woman previously arrested for stalking Guns 'N Roses frontman Axl Rose outside the rocker's home in Malibu, California was again apprehended for the same reason on Monday (January 8), according to the Associated Press. Karen Jane McNeil, 39, was booked at about 11:30 a.m. Monday and jailed on $150,000 bail.
"She was arrested for stalking as well as violation of probation for a previous stalking arrest," Los Angeles County Sheriff's Sgt. Peter Charbonneau told the wire service.
McNeil's rap sheet in relation to Rose is extensive. The Ohio resident was first arrested in May for stalking the artist outside his residence in the beach community. Prior to the second arrest, she was under court order to stay at least 300 yards from his home and avoid contact with him. Last June, McNeil went to jail for violating that order and last month pleaded innocent to contempt of court and violating a court order after she sent a letter to Rose from her jail cell.
