Guns N' Roses have apparently postponed the release their long delayed new studio album, possibly until next year. This is because they are rumoured to be redoing all the guitar parts originally cut by Robin Finck, who recently quit the band to return to Nine Inch Nails.
Reports from sources close to GNR suggest that they're getting in various guest guitarists, including former Red Hot Chili Peppers man Dave Navarro, to re-do this guitar work.
However, there will still possibly be a Guns N' Roses album this year. A live album, covering the years 1987-92, is currently being mixed by Andy Wallace, and this is set for release by Geffen before Christmas. |
