Slash Sign Guitar To Benefit Pediatric Kidney Research + VR review/mention + New issue of Nightrain fanzine
Slash (VELVET REVOLVER, ex-GUNS N' ROSES), AC/DC and METALLICA have recently signed custom Ernie Ball Axis Super Sport guitars to benefit pediatric kidney research at the UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital. Each guitar will be auctioned through eBay where all proceeds will be donated to the Casey Lee Ball Foundation. Currently the world's largest private pediatric kidney foundation, the Casey Lee Ball Foundation will continue to offer autographed guitars throughout the year at this location.

On much music (a Canadian music channel), they did a countdown of the year's top rock videos and VR's "Fall To Pieces" was at #2. The show was called "much holiday wrap".
